Prospecting Made Easy

Do you find yourself having heart palpation’s at the thought of prospecting? I just attended a webinar where Tracey Walker provided us with a simple road-map for prospecting.

Most Network Marketers find it difficult because they have a “Pitch My Business Mindset” instead of qualifying prospects by way of asking questions.

Asking your prospects questions is super easy!

Tracey went back to the basics of questioning containing the 5w’s.

First you need to ask yourself a few questions

1. Who is my target Market?

-Who is in need of your product? Find out who is already purchasing similar products.

Research age, location and their education.

2. What is my message?

-Craft your message around your product.

3. When can they get my product?

4. Where can they get my product?

-From you directly, your website , your office or distribution center

5. How can they get my product?

-By credit card, paypal, check, or cash

6. Why are they getting your product/

-Why directly correlates to what the product is. There is a need.

    Hi, Daria,

I have not attended that webinar. I appreciate your summary hrere! What is great about the MyLeadSystemPRO Community is that there are so many inspiring leaders! AND… there are so many of the members who would like to share great tips.

For those who are MLSP members, I would suggest you to listen to Ray Hidgon’s “The Indirect Hook” in the Bonus Session (If you have not yet done so).

Both Tracey and Ray have the main focus on the PROSPECT. It is all aboout finding out where their circumstances and providing solution to their challenges (if any).

    I appreciate your sharing, Daria.

    Hey Daria,

That’s a great post, the way you’ve broken it up into questions makes the idea so easy to absorb.

Undoubdtedly, making the right sales pitch in the right way is not a cake walk. But if one has done the homework well, i.e. identified the target market, crafted the message around the product well, ready with the kind of questions to ask, it becomes a lot more easy to qualify the prospects from everyone in the crowd.

These points are a great help. Thanks again.

  15. Alecia

Great tips and questions. I use these all the time too.

    Hi, Daria,

Thank you for sharing these tips from Tracey’s awesome webinar 🙂

I agree with Tracey and you that having a “Pitch My Business Mindset” is Not going to be helpful. Instead, how about using questions to find out if there is any need? If yes, is the person ready to make any change? I recommend Michael Oliver’s use of dialogue to serve others.

keep up your great sharing spirit, Daria 🙂
