EFT ( Emotional Freedom Technique)
1) Focus on a Specific Issue, and rate the intensity on a o-10 scale.
2) Repeat 3 times or as much as needed:
“Even though I have _________________, I deeply & completely accept myself.” You fill in the blank. Ex. fear
3) Tap about 5x on each point in demonstrated in video while repeating your issue.
4) Focus on the Original problem and re-rate the instensity. If not yet at a zero, apply the Tapping Procedure again.
